Terms & Conditions - Satisfaction Guarantee
tania.ellen is committed to providing quality garments and exceptional service. All garments are New Zealand made to assist in quality control and we check all stock on arrival from production.
If you experience any dissatisfaction please notify us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
We value all our customers and aim for 110% satisfaction. Should any of our garments not meet your requirements we are happy to refund or exchange
Please return all garments to us in shop condition within 7 working days from receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
If you are returning an item that has proven faulty through wash and wear please ensure this is laundered before sending (returned goods are insured by us against damage and loss)
If you wish to exchange sizes, colours etc this is not a problem provided the garment is in shop condition and provided stock is available. These garments must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. If we are unable to replace your item we will refund your purchase price using the original payment method. In the event of an exchange we will deliver free of charge.
